		<description>Hi, Margie:

This info is informative and revealling! I haven't had experience with Critical Illness, but I have had experience with insurance companies in other areas and I can agree that on the surface, it looks like they promise to take care of you, but when you put a claim in, Dr. Jekyl very quickly turns into Mr. Hyde!

It is not always a pleasant experience dealing with insurance companies, and I definitely agree that a person has to read the fine print, cross their t's and dot their i's verrry carefully or they could be in for an unfortunate surprise.
